What verified owners can do
- Reply once to each review, labelled “Reply from the site owner (verified domain control)”.
- Publish one statement at the top of the reviews.
- MalwareTips staff approve every reply and statement before anyone else sees it.
- Owners cannot edit, hide or remove reviews, and replies never change the rating or the Safety Score.
Think the report itself is wrong, or want it removed? Ask MalwareTips staff on the MalwareTips forum (opens in a new tab); see “Accuracy, disputes, and takedowns” in our Terms. Verifying here does not request a takedown.
