Who The Foundation consists of participants from three groups: Mobile providers: Vodafone, KPN, Odido; Payment platform providers—these are companies that enable payments technically; Content providers—these are the companies or individuals that offer and deliver the services. The Foundation’s board consists of three members, namely one person from each group.
