"Brumate advertise a lifetime warranty and leakproof guarantee for all of their drinkware products. I recently went to take a sip of my coffee and a piece of plastic that holds the lock into place broke off and I unknowingly swallowed it, which is a major choking hazard. Not only that, but now my lid wont stay locked so the product leaks, defeating the whole purpose of it. I contacted Brumate for a replacement lid under warranty only to be told that their lifetime warranty is only 60 days for lids, which is intentionally not made clear on their website."
