A separate complainant frames the core mismatch directly: the site presents itself as French, but the order is shipped from China.

These are aggregate ratings rather than a single incident, which makes the pattern harder to dismiss as one bad order.

The contact points that do exist are a mailbox on the site's own domain, customer@cettesaison.fr, and a phone number, 9669-74396 — genuine channels rather than a free-mail-only front, but neither identifies who is legally behind the store.
