Is darklo.pl safe?

The shop's own policies belong to a different seller

The storefront is branded "darklo.pl" throughout its header and hero, but the document served as its terms opens with "REGULAMIN SKLEPU INTERNETOWEGO SENSOLKI.PL" — the rules of a different online shop. The same policy text tells customers with a product-safety concern to write to kontakt@sensolki.pl, an address on that other shop's domain, not on darklo.pl.

That mismatch matters because the terms are the document that names the seller, the return route and the complaint channel. A buyer on darklo.pl is handed a contract for a shop they did not visit, and the only mailbox actually associated with this storefront is a free Gmail inbox, entriospzoo@gmail.com. No e-mail on the site's own domain was found, and the captured homepage shows no operator postal address, company name, VAT or KRS number.

A Polish phone number, +48 455 508 867, is published and matches the number in the policy pages, which is the one concrete contact thread linking the storefront to the entity behind those documents. That is a real but thin signal: it does not resolve whether darklo.pl is an additional storefront of the same company or an unrelated operator reusing its templates.

Clean scans, unclear seller

The technical side is clean. The multi-engine malware scan returned 0 malicious and 0 suspicious detections across 93 engines, the browser threat feed showed no threat warning, and the saved TLS check found a valid encrypted connection. The hosting address carries an abuse confidence score of 0/100, and the site runs on ordinary Shopify infrastructure with no popups, downloads or notification prompts observed.

Those results mean no malware or phishing was detected — they say nothing about who is behind the shop. The consumer risk here is commercial: a domain registered three days before review, legal pages written for another brand, contact through free webmail, and no postal address on the storefront. Independent web research returned nothing for this domain, so the operator's public reputation is unverified in either direction, and we found no complaints, non-delivery reports or refund disputes to cite.

What happens when you click buy

The hero offers two buttons, "Kup zestaw" and "Zobacz, co zawiera", leading to a bundled winter driver kit. The product listing shows two items with struck-through reference prices: the LED headlamp at 119,90 zł reduced to 69,90 zł, and the winter set at 189,90 zł reduced to 119,90 zł. All purchase links stay on darklo.pl and go through the Shopify cart; no cross-domain checkout destination appeared in the link graph.

The terms state that electronic payments may be handled by external payment operators, so card processing runs through third-party gateways rather than a payment entity named on the site. Combined with the missing seller details, a buyer has no way to confirm in advance which company will charge them, who ships the parcel, or where a return would go.
