Verdict

hackear.mx sells a fake "hack any account" tool: it takes a victim's profile URL, shows a canned "Esperando Información..." progress panel, and pushes visitors to an undisclosed partner site.

Hackear.mx is a Spanish-language page headlined "¡Escoge la red social que quieras HACKEAR!" that claims its tool can retrieve login details for Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Gmail, TikTok and other accounts "rápido, seguro y garantizado". The only interaction is a text field for a target profile URL and a "Hackear" button, followed by a simulated waiting panel. No operator company, registration or email is disclosed, the page is served over plain HTTP, and it recommends a separate domain, hackearonline.net, as the "top 1" hacking site without saying how the two are related. Independent research on that partner domain describes it as fraudulent, and saved antivirus results include a phishing listing. The score reflects a deceptive, unlawful service with no verifiable capability and no accountable operator.

Do not enter anyone's profile URL or your own contact details on hackear.mx, and do not follow its recommendation to hackearonline.net. No website can retrieve another person's social-media or email password from a profile link, so the offer is false by construction, and the site is asking you to help target someone else while collecting your data over an unencrypted connection. If you are worried about someone accessing your own accounts, use the platform's own security settings and two-factor authentication instead.

hackear.mx: Dangerous — MalwareTips website safety report

Calibrated safety spectrum

Where this site sits

  1. Dangerous1–20
  2. High Risk21–44
  3. Moderate Risk45–69
  4. Low Risk70–84
  5. Safe85–100

The score combines saved evidence strength and analysis quality. Coverage is reported separately.

Score explained

Why 18/100

Dangerous covers scores 1–20. 4 findings pulled the score down; 2 pushed it up.

What pulled the score down

  1. Strong2 independent antivirus families reported an adverse result. This comes from a saved antivirus observation rather than a new submission, so treat the detection as real but confirm the timing.
  2. ModerateThe site claims its tool can retrieve login details for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Gmail and TikTok accounts, but the only interaction is a profile-URL field and a canned "Esperando Información..." panel.
  3. ModerateOne public warning on a scam-warning or security site: "Hackearonline.net Site fraudulento"
  4. ModerateNo company name, registration number or email address is disclosed; the only contact data is a phone number, three social profile links and a generic contact form.

What pushed the score up

  • SupportsThe browser threat feed returned no threat warning at scan time and a valid TLS certificate exists for the host.
  • SupportsThe registrable domain is about five years old and the hosting IP has no saved abuse reports.

No points per finding are stored for this report: our analysis weighed all findings together to set the score. Each finding shows its saved severity instead (Decisive, Strong, Moderate or Minor).

Lost money or shared details on hackear.mx? Do this now

Act quickly: the first hours matter most for a chargeback.

  1. Call your bank or card issuer now

Ask them to dispute the charge or open a chargeback; the sooner you act, the better your odds. Card payments can often be reversed. Bank transfers and gift cards are harder, but report them to your bank too. Crypto payments usually cannot be reversed: report the wallet address and transaction ID to the exchange you sent from.

  2. Change any password you entered

If you entered a password on hackear.mx, change it there and anywhere you reused it, and turn on two-factor authentication. Keep screenshots, order confirmations and messages as evidence.

  3. Report the site

Reports help get scam sites taken down faster and warn other people.

  4. Report the domain to its registrar

The registrar is the company that sold this domain. ICANN's lookup shows the registrar's abuse contact.

  5. Ignore anyone offering to recover your money

"Recovery" services or agents who contact you, or ask for a fee up front, are almost always a second scam aimed at victims. Your bank's dispute process and the official reporting services never charge a fee in advance.

Full answers about refunds and reporting are in the Safety FAQ below.

01 · Investigation Brief

Investigation Brief

A hacking tool that only pretends to work

The site's core offer is unauthorized access to someone else's account. The headline invites visitors to pick the social network they want to "HACKEAR", and the page text tells a reader they will "ingresar a la cuenta de tu pareja" by selecting the network from a list. Platform buttons for Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Gmail and TikTok sit above a form field labelled "Introduce URL del perfil a hackear".

Pressing "Hackear" produces a panel with a generic silhouette avatar and the text "Esperando Información..." with loading dots — a canned progress state, not a verifiable technical process. Nothing on the captured pages shows any real capability behind the claim, and the page's own copy promises access "rápido, seguro y garantizado", which no such tool can deliver.

The practical effect is that visitors hand over a third party's profile URL — and, through the contact form, their own name, email and message — to an operator who names no company, registration number or email address. The only contact data is a phone number and three social profile links.

The hand-off to hackearonline.net

After promising guaranteed access, the page recommends another site: "También te recomendamos la página top 1 de hackeos en internet 👉 https://hackearonline.net/". That is a link to a different registrable domain, and the page says nothing about whether it is an affiliate, a referral partner or the same operator under another name.

Independent research on that destination is adverse: a URL-scanner page classifies hackearonline.net as a fraudulent site based on several risk signals, including two blacklist detections. The same research records the domain as registered in September 2021 through NameSilo, with monthly traffic in the low tens of thousands of visits.

Clean connection checks do not make this safe

Some technical checks are clean: the browser threat feed returned no threat warning at scan time, a valid TLS certificate exists for the host, and the hosting IP carries an abuse confidence score of 0/100 across no saved reports. The domain is also roughly five years old, which is longer than most throwaway scam domains last.

Those results do not vouch for the operator. A saved antivirus aggregate records two adverse engine results among 93 — Seclookup as malicious and Yandex Safebrowsing as phishing — and the site is served over plain HTTP with no redirect to HTTPS, so anything typed into the profile-URL field or the contact form travels unencrypted.

The decisive problem is what the site asks people to do, not what a scanner sees. It advertises breaking into other people's accounts, presents a simulated result as if it were real, and routes visitors onward to a second domain that independent research describes as fraudulent — all without disclosing who runs either site.

Why the score is 18

The site claims its tool can retrieve login details for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Gmail and TikTok accounts, but the only interaction is a profile-URL field and a canned "Esperando Información..." panel.

Avoid this site

Our automated review flagged enough risk that you should treat this site as unverified.

  1. Analyst recommendation

  2. Do not interact with hackear.mx

Do not enter credentials, deposit money, download files, or install browser extensions from this site.

  3. Verify the business through independent channels

Check the company's social profiles, registry records, and search for recent news or reviews that are not hosted on the site itself.

  4. Never use irreversible payment methods

Crypto, gift cards, wire transfers, and cash apps offer zero buyer protection. Use a credit card or PayPal if you must pay.

07 · Safety FAQ

Safety FAQ

Answered from the saved verdict and evidence in this report.

Is hackear.mx a scam or a legit website?
hackear.mx is a dangerous phishing site — do not enter your login or personal details. Our review tagged it for phishing and data harvester. 2 of 93 security engines flag it (2 as outright malicious). The domain is 5 years old. Treat it as unsafe until independent evidence shows otherwise.
Is hackear.mx safe to use?
No — hackear.mx has a Safety Score of 18/100 (Dangerous) because decisive threat evidence was saved with this scan. Leave the site and do not log in, pay, download anything, or connect a wallet.
What should I do if I already gave my details to hackear.mx?
If you've already paid or handed over details on hackear.mx, act quickly. 1) Contact your bank or card issuer immediately and ask to dispute the charge or open a chargeback — the sooner you act, the better your odds. 2) Report the site to the U.S. FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov or the FBI's IC3 at ic3.gov, and in the UK to Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk. 3) If you entered a password, change it on hackear.mx and anywhere you reused it, and turn on two-factor authentication. 4) Watch your bank and email for follow-up fraud, and keep screenshots as evidence.
Can I get my money back from hackear.mx?
Often yes, if you act fast. Payments made by credit or debit card can frequently be reversed through a chargeback or dispute — contact your bank right away and explain it was a fraudulent site. Bank transfers and gift-card or voucher payments are much harder to recover, but you should still report them to your bank and to the FTC (reportfraud.ftc.gov) or Action Fraud (actionfraud.police.uk). Avoid any "refund" or "recovery" service that contacts you first — it's usually a follow-up scam.
Did hackear.mx steal my password or personal information?
If you entered anything on hackear.mx, assume it was captured. Phishing pages exist purely to harvest what you type — usernames, passwords, card numbers, or one-time codes. Change the password immediately on the real site and anywhere you reused it, enable two-factor authentication, and if you entered card or banking details, contact your bank about the risk of fraud. Also be alert for follow-up "security" calls or emails that try to exploit the same information.
How do I report hackear.mx?
You can report hackear.mx through several official channels: the U.S. FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov, the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at ic3.gov, and — in the UK — Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk. You can also flag it to Google Safe Browsing (safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish) so other browsers warn about it, and report it to the company being impersonated if there is one. Reporting helps get scam sites taken down faster.
Why does hackear.mx look legitimate if it's a scam?
Modern scams are built to look convincing. A valid SSL padlock, a polished template, stock photos, fake reviews, and a trust badge can all be added in minutes and prove nothing about who runs the site. Scammers buy cheap domains, clone real designs, and copy legal pages wholesale. That's exactly why an automated review that checks the domain's age, hosting, blacklists, and behaviour — rather than just how the page looks — is more reliable than a first impression.
Has hackear.mx been flagged by antivirus engines?
Yes. 2 of 93 antivirus and blocklist engines in our malware network flagged hackear.mx, 2 of them as outright malicious in the saved analysis from November 5, 2026. None of these detections came from the engines we treat as highest-confidence, so they are weighed alongside the other checks rather than on their own.
Is hackear.mx on any phishing or malware blacklists?
No — hackear.mx is not currently on the major browser blocklist feeds that Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge rely on. Note that blocklists can lag behind brand-new scam domains, so "not listed" is reassuring but not a guarantee on its own.
How old is the hackear.mx domain?
hackear.mx is 5 years old, registered on July 1, 2021. A multi-year registration history is one of the stronger signals against a scam, though it's never a guarantee on its own — established domains can still be misused.
Where is hackear.mx hosted?
hackear.mx resolves to an IP operated by Cloudflare, Inc. in US (Content Delivery Network). Hosting location alone doesn't make a site good or bad — but hosting that doesn't match a brand's claimed country, or that sits on networks known for abuse, is one of the many signals we weigh alongside the verdict above.
How often is the hackear.mx report updated?
This report is a record of the scan run on November 8, 2026, and the verdict reflects that point in time. Scam sites change fast — they can go live, get flagged, or vanish within days — so if you believe something about hackear.mx has changed, MalwareTips staff can run a fresh scan that re-checks every signal from scratch and republishes an updated verdict.

Conclusion

Recommended actionDo not enter anyone's profile URL or your own contact details on hackear.mx, and do not follow its recommendation to hackearonline.net. No website can retrieve another person's social-media or email password from a profile link, so the offer is false by construction, and the site is asking you to help target someone else while collecting your data over an unencrypted connection.
