To claim the vehicle, the site states the winner must first pay Rp.4,550,000 for “balik nama STNK/BPKB” via bank transfer to an account controlled by the scammers.

A two-day deadline and warnings not to share the information with others are used to create urgency and discourage victims from verifying the offer.

Credential-harvesting PIN form

Before any payment instructions appear, visitors are asked to enter a “PIN Pemenang” twice through a form that captures both a username and password field, indicating an attempt to harvest login credentials.

Technical detection and operator risk

Four separate antivirus engines flag the site as malicious or phishing, and the multi-engine malware scan reports four malicious detections out of 92 engines.

Fake testimonials on the page reinforce the illusion of legitimacy while the underlying Blogspot subdomain and fabricated office address confirm the operator is anonymous and untraceable.
