The store never says who runs it
The site's own terms page still contains the template placeholder "The Platform is owned by (Enter name of the company), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at (Enter Address)". That text was never filled in, so the page that is supposed to identify the seller identifies no one.
The captured page shows no phone number and no operator postal address, and no contact email uses the site's own domain. The return instructions instead point buyers to info@kitside.in, an address on a different domain than kickmate.in.
The registrable domain is two days old, so there is no trading history behind the storefront and no way to check how it has behaved toward earlier buyers.
Refunds are gated behind a video requirement
The returns policy states that "to process a return or refund request, we require an unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery", with specific content requirements attached.
It then closes the door explicitly: "without a valid unboxing video meeting the above requirements, we will be unable to process a return or refund request." A buyer who did not film the parcel being opened has no refund route at all, regardless of what arrived.
The commercial flow itself is ordinary — a cart and checkout on the same domain, with a "BUY 1 GET 1 FREE | LIMITED STOCK ONLY" banner pushing the purchase. The pressure to buy is standard; the problem is what happens after payment.
Clean plumbing, unverified seller
