What is actually being sold, and how it is delivered
The storefront's pitch is a one-off payment for a library of more than 160,000 Steam games, with DLC unlocking and 'lifetime access', presented as games that land in your personal Steam library. The site's own wording says the games run through an application called MantaTools.
The same page labels that application a 'Bypass Launcher'. A launcher whose stated job is to bypass platform checks is not a normal storefront download: it is software that has to be installed and run on the buyer's machine, and its behaviour, permissions and publisher are not described anywhere in the material reviewed.
Payment is taken through Indonesian QRIS or GoPay transfers. That is a direct, largely irreversible payment route to an operator who has not identified themselves, so a buyer has no counterparty to pursue if the launcher does not work or the access disappears.
