Customer support, if you can call it that, replied to my email and indicated that sense the order wasn’t in fulfillment, changes could be made. Customer support then sent an email requesting that I verify the size changes, which I did, and asked for confirmation. Didn’t hear anything back. Have sent multiple emails about the status of my order, which has not even been fulfilled, much less shipped."
