This is the na01 instance of Microsoft's Safe Links protection service used by Outlook and Exchange Online to rewrite and scan email hyperlinks before users click them.
Strongest evidence and limitations
Domain registered to Microsoft in 1994 and hosted on Microsoft IP 52.102.97.9 with zero abuse reports. Google Safe Browsing returned clean. Two stale VirusTotal flags exist but are contradicted by Safe Browsing and Microsoft ownership.
Page content fetch failed and the redirect timed out, producing only the proxy error message. No download attempts, popups, or credential fields were present.
Practical user impact
