What buyers say happened after paying

The most serious reports are about goods not arriving as paid for. One reviewer says they lost around $1,000 on a chandelier and received only a cleaning cloth; another says an order placed on 11/23 had still not arrived seven weeks later, with tracking that does not work; a third says only the lamp shades arrived and the rest of the parts were missing, making assembly impossible.

Getting money back is described as the second obstacle. A separate review site states that trying to create a return is next to impossible, and another reviewer says the product photography and reviews overstate how premium the lamps are compared with what actually arrives.

Independent reputation checks point the same way: a website-checking service reports several negative reviews about the site and a phishing flag from a reputation feed, and one saved antivirus observation marks the URL as suspicious. These are reputation signals rather than proof of a specific incident, but they line up with the buyer accounts.

Technical checks are clean; the risk sits with the seller

There is no sign of malware, credential theft or a deceptive download here. The browser threat feed returned no threat warning, the encrypted connection is valid, the hosting address carries no abuse reports, and the domain is over a year and a half old. The shop runs on standard Shopify infrastructure, and the only off-site links in the buying path are Shopify's own privacy pages.

The weakness is accountability. The site presents itself as a Los Angeles brand but publishes no operator postal address or registration identifier on the pages we reviewed, so there is no verifiable place to send a complaint or a legal notice. It does list a domain-matched support email, a phone number and six social profiles, which is more than a throwaway store offers, but those details do not resolve the delivery and refund complaints.
