Verdict

91-day-old .shop storefront sells discounted On running shoes while claiming to be On's "official U.S. B2C distributor" — a claim its own Terms do not back up, and a BBB Scam Tracker entry names the same "OnSwiss LLC" and Denver address.

ouushoesa.shop is a WooCommerce-style shoe shop using the On brand logo, brand photography and On product names, with a $130.00 shoe marked down to $69.99. Its About page says "OnSwiss LLC is the official U.S.‐based B2C distributor for On", but the Terms page defines the Company only as "ouushoesa.shop" with no legal entity or registration, the contact mailbox sits on a different domain (kairor.shop), and a "Returns Policy" link on the Terms page points to an unrelated anime site. Independent research turned up a Better Business Bureau Scam Tracker entry naming OnSwiss LLC and a Denver, CO 80209 address, plus a complaint about counterfeit On Cloud Monster shoes sold online. The domain is 91 days old. That combination puts this in the High Risk band.

Don't buy from this store. The official-distributor claim is contradicted by the site's own Terms, the contact email lives on another domain, the policy pages are recycled from an unrelated site, and the domain is three months old — with a BBB Scam Tracker entry naming the same company and address and a complaint about counterfeit On shoes. If you want genuine On footwear, buy from On's own site or an authorized retailer; if you have already paid here, contact your card issuer promptly about a chargeback.

Lost money or shared details on ouushoesa.shop? Do this now

Act quickly: the first hours matter most for a chargeback.

  1. Call your bank or card issuer now

Ask them to dispute the charge or open a chargeback; the sooner you act, the better your odds. Card payments can often be reversed. Bank transfers and gift cards are harder, but report them to your bank too. Crypto payments usually cannot be reversed: report the wallet address and transaction ID to the exchange you sent from.

  2. Change any password you entered

If you entered a password on ouushoesa.shop, change it there and anywhere you reused it, and turn on two-factor authentication. Keep screenshots, order confirmations and messages as evidence.

  3. Report the site

Reports help get scam sites taken down faster and warn other people.

  4. Report the domain to its registrar

Namecheap, Inc. takes abuse reports at abuse@namecheap.com (+1.6613102107). Include the address and what happened.

  5. Ignore anyone offering to recover your money

"Recovery" services or agents who contact you, or ask for a fee up front, are almost always a second scam aimed at victims. Your bank's dispute process and the official reporting services never charge a fee in advance.

Full answers about refunds and reporting are in the Safety FAQ below.

01 · Investigation Brief

Investigation Brief

ouushoesa.shop is a WooCommerce-style shoe shop using the On brand logo, brand photography and On product names, with a $130.00 shoe marked down to $69.99.

An official-distributor claim the site's own paperwork contradicts

The About page states that "OnSwiss LLC is the official U.S.‐based B2C distributor for On, the renowned Swiss performance‐running shoe brand" and that stock comes "directly from our warehouse". The Terms page, however, defines the Company simply as "ouushoesa.shop" — no legal entity, no registration number, no operator disclosure. A store that really were a brand's official distributor would normally name the entity behind it in its own legal text.

The visual presentation reinforces the claim: the header carries the On logo mark, the hero shows runners in On-branded footwear, and products are listed under On model names such as "Women's Cloudmonster 3 Hyper – Lily | Limelight" with a struck-through $130.00 against $69.99. No disclaimer marks the shop as an independent reseller.

Independent research found a Better Business Bureau Scam Tracker entry naming "OnSwiss LLC" and a Denver, CO 80209 location, and a separate complaint describing counterfeit On Cloud Monster shoes sold through an online storefront advertising two pairs for $99. A Gridinsoft listing also flags a similarly named shop as a suspicious website.

Contact details and policy pages that don't line up

The site does publish a phone number (+1 311-673-1291) and a postal address, and a support mailbox on its own domain, so there is some contact surface. But the contact email observed on the site sits on kairor.shop, a different domain from the store, which is unusual for a single-brand merchant and suggests more than one storefront behind the same operation.

The Terms page's "Returns Policy" link leads off-site to animefansite.com, an unrelated site, rather than to the store's own returns page. That is the signature of recycled template text rather than a merchant writing its own policies. The published refund terms — inspection of the return, then a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days — are stated terms only; nothing observed shows how refunds are actually handled.

Clean browser checks, but antivirus engines disagree

The browser threat feed returned no threat warning and the saved TLS check found a valid encrypted connection, so there is no browser-level block or certificate problem. The hosting IP carries an abuse confidence score of 0/100 in the one saved report.

Against that, a saved antivirus observation records four independent engine families returning an adverse result, including phishing and malicious classifications. That data is stale rather than a fresh submission, so it is a real signal but not proof of malware or credential theft on the page itself. The checkout path stays on the same domain — cart links point to the site's own /cart/ — so no cross-domain payment redirect was observed.

Why the score is 28

4 independent antivirus families reported an adverse result. This comes from a saved antivirus observation rather than a new submission, so treat the detection as real but confirm the timing.

07 · Safety FAQ

Safety FAQ

Answered from the saved verdict and evidence in this report.

Is ouushoesa.shop a scam or a legit online store?
ouushoesa.shop raises serious red flags as a fake shop — we recommend against paying or entering card details. Our review tagged it for fake shop and clone site. 5 of 93 security engines flag it (4 as outright malicious). The domain is only 3 months old through Namecheap, Inc — a fresh registration is a classic scam fingerprint. It may not be an outright scam, but the risk is high enough that you should verify it independently before trusting it with money or data.
Is ouushoesa.shop safe to use?
ouushoesa.shop has a Safety Score of 28/100 (High Risk). Analysis coverage is strong at 86%. Avoid login, payment and downloads.
What should I do if I already gave my details to ouushoesa.shop?
If you've already paid or handed over details on ouushoesa.shop, act quickly. 1) Contact your bank or card issuer immediately and ask to dispute the charge or open a chargeback — the sooner you act, the better your odds. 2) Report the site to the U.S. FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov or the FBI's IC3 at ic3.gov, and in the UK to Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk. 3) If you entered a password, change it on ouushoesa.shop and anywhere you reused it, and turn on two-factor authentication. 4) Watch your bank and email for follow-up fraud, and keep screenshots as evidence.
Can I get my money back from ouushoesa.shop?
Often yes, if you act fast. Payments made by credit or debit card can frequently be reversed through a chargeback or dispute — contact your bank right away and explain it was a fraudulent site. Bank transfers and gift-card or voucher payments are much harder to recover, but you should still report them to your bank and to the FTC (reportfraud.ftc.gov) or Action Fraud (actionfraud.police.uk). Avoid any "refund" or "recovery" service that contacts you first — it's usually a follow-up scam.
I ordered from ouushoesa.shop but nothing arrived — is it a fake shop?
That's the classic pattern of a fake or non-delivery shop. These sites take payment for products that never ship, or send cheap counterfeits, then go quiet and eventually disappear. If you paid by card, contact your bank about a chargeback for "goods not received." Keep your order confirmation and any messages, don't pay extra "customs" or "release" fees they may demand, and report the store so others are warned.
How do I report ouushoesa.shop?
You can report ouushoesa.shop through several official channels: the U.S. FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov, the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at ic3.gov, and — in the UK — Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk. You can also flag it to Google Safe Browsing (safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish) so other browsers warn about it, and report it to the company being impersonated if there is one. Reporting helps get scam sites taken down faster.
Why does ouushoesa.shop look legitimate if it's a scam?
Modern scams are built to look convincing. A valid SSL padlock, a polished template, stock photos, fake reviews, and a trust badge can all be added in minutes and prove nothing about who runs the site. Scammers buy cheap domains, clone real designs, and copy legal pages wholesale. That's exactly why an automated review that checks the domain's age, hosting, blacklists, and behaviour — rather than just how the page looks — is more reliable than a first impression.
Has ouushoesa.shop been flagged by antivirus engines?
Yes. 5 of 93 antivirus and blocklist engines in our malware network flagged ouushoesa.shop, 4 of them as outright malicious in the saved analysis from November 4, 2026. Even a single detection from a reputable engine is a meaningful warning, and multiple detections rarely happen by accident.
Is ouushoesa.shop on any phishing or malware blacklists?
No — ouushoesa.shop is not currently on the major browser blocklist feeds that Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge rely on. Note that blocklists can lag behind brand-new scam domains, so "not listed" is reassuring but not a guarantee on its own.
How old is the ouushoesa.shop domain?
ouushoesa.shop is 3 months old, registered on August 6, 2026 through Namecheap, Inc. Scam sites are very often freshly registered and short-lived, so an age under six months is a reason for extra caution.
Does ouushoesa.shop have a valid SSL certificate?
Yes — ouushoesa.shop presents a valid TLSv1.3 certificate issued by Google Trust Services · WE1, valid for another 58 days. A certificate only encrypts the connection; it does not show who runs the site.
How often is the ouushoesa.shop report updated?
This report is a record of the scan run on November 5, 2026, and the verdict reflects that point in time. Scam sites change fast — they can go live, get flagged, or vanish within days — so if you believe something about ouushoesa.shop has changed, MalwareTips staff can run a fresh scan that re-checks every signal from scratch and republishes an updated verdict.

ouushoesa.shop is a WooCommerce-style shoe shop using the On brand logo, brand photography and On product names, with a $130.00 shoe marked down to $69.99.

Recommended actionDon't buy from this store.
