Is recordance.pl safe?

A new business with an unusually clear paper trail — but no track record

The registrable domain was registered only 11 days before this review, which is the single strongest risk factor here. Newness is not itself evidence of bad intent, but it removes every signal a buyer would normally use — no review history, no years of customer outcomes, no way to know whether the service will still exist months later. The site itself does not claim any operating history, and none was found.

Against that, the operator identity is disclosed with more detail than most small shops provide: the site names Dzmitry Masherau, a Polish sole proprietorship (działalność gospodarcza), with tax ID NIP 5223258614, REGON 525328317, and a street address at ul. Bukowińska 22 in Warsaw. This gives a customer a real name and a place to send formal correspondence — but a printed entity and tax number is not verified by this review and does not by itself prove the business is well run.

Contactability is also better than average: the site lists an email address on its own domain (kontakt@recordance.pl) and a Polish phone number (+48 578 202 208), and it links out to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube presence. That range of contact options makes it easier to reach the operator before paying, which is the practical mitigation for an unproven vendor.

Clean technical checks, but clean means 'no detections', not 'trusted'

Nothing technical flags this site. The browser threat feed returned no threat warning, the saved TLS check found a valid encrypted connection, and the file-reputation scan returned zero malicious or suspicious detections across 93 engines. Those results mean visitors are not walking into a drive-by download, a fake browser warning, or a known malicious payload on this domain.

They do not, however, speak to how the business treats paying customers, and our review recorded no installed risk mechanics and no counter-evidence of past harm either way. The honest reading is a young storefront with no adverse findings and no favourable track record — the residual risk is ordinary commercial risk, not a detected fraud engine.

What actually happens when a visitor books a session

A visitor who chooses the main service is offered a personalised song and video for 199 PLN, reserved by paying a 19 PLN deposit that is counted toward the final price. That is a small upfront commitment relative to the total, which limits how much money is at stake before the customer has seen anything.

The site states its own payment path: the deposit is paid online by BLIK, bank transfer or card; the deposit is included in the price; the remainder can be paid online via a link sent by email, before the session, or in person by phone at the venue. It also states that if the customer does not like any version of the created piece, the full amount is refunded — except for sessions paid with a voucher.

Vouchers are a separate purchase route on the site. Because the stated refund promise explicitly excludes voucher sessions, anyone buying a voucher for a gift is accepting a version of the service with a weaker stated refund position than the standard booking.
