One buyer wrote on a review site that they paid $499 for 200,000 streams but received only 54,040. They then asked SocialRez to complete the order. A separate an independent review platform's review says an order was never received and an email to the company went unanswered.
A scam-checking service describes the site as a possible scam and says real customers complain about the company. The store's own terms describe conditions under which only a full or partial refund is offered, a refund limitation also seen at problem stores.
