The guarantee and the refund policy do not match

The main call to action is a gold "TRY SOLÉA RISK-FREE →" button with "90-Day Money-Back Guarantee" printed directly beneath it. The refund page tells a different story: "No refund request will be accepted before the customer has used the product consistently for a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks."

Getting past that gate requires a minimum of four dated weekly photographs of the treated area under consistent lighting plus a written summary of how often the oil was applied and how many pumps were used. Requests without that documentation are told to finish the minimum usage period and resubmit.

The policy also states that no return or refund request will be accepted or processed without prior photographic evidence submitted to customer service. Even an approved return is at the buyer's cost: the customer must obtain return authorisation, then ship the product back with a tracked service at their own expense.

Who runs the store is not disclosed, and the contact addresses disagree

The captured pages show no phone number and no operator postal address, so there is no way to identify the business behind the brand or to send a formal complaint to a physical location.

The domain was registered 37 days before this review, yet the storefront already runs a Black Friday promotion and promises a 90-day guarantee. There is no trading history behind either claim.

Marketing copy promises that the oil "visibly firms arms, hands & thighs in weeks" and "penetrates where creams can't reach", with a "Dermatologist Approved" badge; no named dermatologist or study appears on the captured pages to support it.

Clean technical checks, but the purchase path is ordinary and same-site

Independent research that did complete found the site serves 4 of the 6 recommended security headers with a Let's Encrypt certificate, which describes configuration rather than trustworthiness.

The commercial graph is simple. Add-to-cart posts to the store's own Shopify checkout, "Track your order" stays on the same site, and the only cross-site link is a Shopify privacy-policy reference in the terms. There is no affiliate redirect, no third-party merchant and no cross-domain order path, so the risk here is the refund terms and the missing operator identity, not a hijacked checkout.
