start.lombardia.it now shows a page for "MyStake Casinò Crypto" and pushes visitors to sign up. The page says MyStake runs through Santeda International B.V. in Curaçao under a Curaçao licence. It also admits the brand is not an Italian ADM concessionaire. In 2013 the same address was linked to a regional startup and employment project. That makes this look like a repurposed address used to promote an unauthorised casino to Italian players. The page even explains how to reach the casino through a VPN if it is blocked. A 2013 local news item mentions www.start.lombardia.it in connection with the "Start" project for unemployed people. A funding listing describes a call to support startups and youth employment. Today the address shows MyStake casino content.
The page itself says that, for Italian users, MyStake operates as an international brand with a Curaçao licence and not as a local ADM concessionaire. It also has sections on reaching MyStake when the site is blocked, including access through a VPN.
