Tierloop sells dog harnesses under a brand name its own legal pages contradict
Tierloop (tierloop.de) presents itself as a German-language dog-accessory shop running an autumn sale on items such as an anti-pull harness at half price. Its own terms and conditions, however, are written for a different shop called Kolacare, and the same legal document lists unrelated Kolacare cosmetic serums and mascara. The operator is named as a Wyoming LLC with a registered-agent address and a placeholder '[E-Mail folgt]' instead of a working contact address. No malware, phishing or payment interception was observed, and the connection is encrypted, but the mismatch between the storefront brand and the legal paperwork is a real commercial-deception signal rather than a technical one.

- MinorThe operator block lists '[E-Mail folgt]' as the contact line, and no email, phone number or postal address is visible on the captured page.
What pushed the score up
- SupportsSafe Browsing returned no threat warning, TLS is valid, and the hosting IP has an abuse confidence score of 0/100 across 95 saved reports.

Investigation Brief
The storefront brand and the legal paperwork do not match
The visible shop sells Tierloop-branded dog gear: the product listing shows a 'Tierloop Anti-Zug-Geschirr – Schwarz' discounted from 79,95 € to 39,95 €, and the page carries a 'Jetzt shoppen' call to action. That is the customer-facing identity a visitor sees.
The terms and conditions on the same site are not written for Tierloop at all. They state that they govern all orders placed through the online shop of 'Kolacare', and refer to that entity as 'wir' or 'Anbieter'. A shopper reading the contract they are about to accept is therefore reading another shop's contract.
The same legal document also carries a product search block for Kolacare cosmetics — an NAD+ firming serum, an eyelash and eyebrow serum, and a mascara — none of which belong to a dog-harness store. This is the signature of a storefront assembled from a shared template rather than a purpose-built shop.
Who runs the shop, and how hard it is to reach them
The operator is disclosed as 'Moods & Mer LLC', a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. That is a registered-agent style address, and the contact line in the same block is a placeholder: '[E-Mail folgt]' — an email to follow, not an email that exists.
On the captured page there is no direct contact email, no phone number and no operator postal address visible to the shopper. Combined with the placeholder in the legal text, a customer with a delivery problem has no obvious route to the seller.
The site does link to the EU online dispute resolution platform, which is a normal consumer-information link rather than a commercial funnel. It does not by itself establish that the shop is trustworthy or that orders are fulfilled.
Clean technical checks do not resolve the operator question
Technically the site looks unremarkable. The browser threat feed returned no threat warning, the saved TLS check found a valid encrypted connection, and the hosting IP carries an abuse confidence score of 0/100 across 95 saved reports. Nothing here indicates malware, a phishing page or an intercepted checkout.
Those results only mean no detections were recorded. They say nothing about whether the shop behind the checkout is the shop it claims to be, and the brand-versus-contract mismatch described above is exactly the kind of operator-level risk that a clean scan cannot see.
Why the score is 58
The terms and conditions name 'Kolacare' as the provider for all orders, while the storefront sells Tierloop-branded dog harnesses. Coverage remains separate so missing sources cannot be mistaken for clean results.

Web research findings
Independent findings for tierloop.de, including public complaints, named review sources, registration records, and look-alike-domain evidence. A missing result is shown as unverified, never converted into a clean bill of health.
No independently sourced scam reports or credibility records were found for tierloop.de. That is common for new or low-traffic sites and does not clear the site.

Domain & infrastructure
The plumbing behind the site — who registered it, how it’s encrypted, where it’s hosted, and where it links out. A valid certificate or a calm server doesn’t mean the business is honest — scam sites pass these checks too. Use this to corroborate the verdict, not to overturn it.
