Verdict

ClaraScrubs takes payment for scrubs that customers report never arrive, with tracking links that go nowhere and no working phone line.

ClaraScrubs presents itself as an online scrubs shop with a normal checkout, order tracking and payment pages, and its own pages name JOSHINE INC. at a Rome, New York address. Three independent customer accounts describe the same outcome: money taken, no delivery, dead or fake tracking links, and support that does not respond. The technical side is mostly clean — a valid encrypted connection and no browser threat feed warning — but one saved antivirus result marks the URL suspicious, and clean transport does not make a storefront safe. Because the harm reported is commercial rather than code-based, this lands in the High Risk band.

Do not place an order here. If you have already paid, dispute the charge with your card issuer or PayPal immediately and keep the tracking links, order confirmation and any email threads as evidence — the reports describe exactly the situation where a prompt chargeback is the only realistic route to your money back. Treat the discount spin-wheel email form as a marketing list sign-up, not a support channel.

Lost money or shared details on clarascrubs.com? Do this now

Act quickly: the first hours matter most for a chargeback.

  1. Call your bank or card issuer now

Ask them to dispute the charge or open a chargeback; the sooner you act, the better your odds. Card payments can often be reversed. Bank transfers and gift cards are harder, but report them to your bank too. Crypto payments usually cannot be reversed: report the wallet address and transaction ID to the exchange you sent from.

  2. Change any password you entered

If you entered a password on clarascrubs.com, change it there and anywhere you reused it, and turn on two-factor authentication. Keep screenshots, order confirmations and messages as evidence.

  3. Report the site

Reports help get scam sites taken down faster and warn other people.

  4. Report the domain to its registrar

Alibaba Cloud Computing Ltd. d/b/a HiChina (www.net.cn) takes abuse reports at domainabuse@service.aliyun.com (+86.95187). Include the address and what happened.

  5. Ignore anyone offering to recover your money

"Recovery" services or agents who contact you, or ask for a fee up front, are almost always a second scam aimed at victims. Your bank's dispute process and the official reporting services never charge a fee in advance.

Full answers about refunds and reporting are in the Safety FAQ below.

01 · Investigation Brief

Investigation Brief

Three separate buyers describe the same failed order

One reviewer calls the operation a scam outright, describing thin, cheap material, colours and sizes that did not match, and product photos allegedly taken from another scrubs company for advertising. The same account says the shop asked the buyer to send photos of herself wearing the garments so staff could decide whether they liked the fit — an unusual demand that has nothing to do with a normal return or sizing process.

A second buyer paid for four pairs of scrubs through PayPal and then received no shipping update. When they chased the order, the tracking link they were given led to a blank page reading that the shop was closed; a replacement link claimed the item was delivered when it was not.

A third buyer arrived from an advertisement, paid, and after fourteen days had no package. The tracking link was inactive, there was no phone number to call, and emails went unanswered. That account is filed on the BBB Scam Tracker.

The captured page itself lists no phone number, which matches the complaint that there is no working line to call.

Who runs the store, and what a visitor actually goes through

The site's own pages name JOSHINE INC. at 111 Dart Cir, Rome, NY 13441, United States. That is what the storefront claims about itself; it is not a verified registration, and a printed company name and address is not by itself a sign of legitimacy.

The commercial path is a conventional same-site funnel: an Order Track page, a Checkout page, a Payment Method page and an email capture field, plus Group Order and Order Tracking links. Nothing in that flow leaves the domain, so the risk is not a cross-domain redirect — it is what happens after the card or PayPal payment clears.

A screenshot of the site also shows a 'SPIN TO WIN A DISCOUNT' pop-up asking for an email address to spin a wheel. That is a marketing capture device, not evidence of fraud on its own, but it is the same email channel that complainants say goes unanswered.

Clean connection, dirty commercial record

The saved TLS check found a valid encrypted connection and the browser threat feed returned no threat warning, so there is no evidence of a technical attack on the connection itself. The domain is also 854 days old, which is old enough that age alone tells us nothing either way.

One saved antivirus result, from Gridinsoft, marked the URL as suspicious. That observation is stale and comes from a saved record rather than a fresh submission, so it should be treated as a flag to confirm rather than a current verdict — but it is not a clean bill of health either.

The decisive evidence is operator-side, not technical: three independent customer accounts of payment taken without delivery, tracking links that are inactive or false, and support that does not respond. That pattern is what a fake storefront looks like after the sale, and it is why the score sits in the High Risk band despite the clean transport checks.

Why the score is 28

2 independent sources carry complaints or warnings about this site, including: "This Clara Scrubs is a completely Scam Company. Horrible quality, thin, cheap materials, colors and size don’t match. They stole Pictures from another Scrubs…". Coverage remains separate so missing sources cannot be mistaken for clean results.

07 · Safety FAQ

Safety FAQ

Common questions, answered directly from the scan data above — so the answers reflect the saved verdict and evidence in this report.

Is clarascrubs.com a scam or a legit online store?
clarascrubs.com shows strong warning signs of being a fake shop — we recommend against paying or entering card details. Our review tagged it for fake shop. 1 of 93 security engines flag it. The domain is 2 years old through Alibaba Cloud Computing Ltd. d/b/a HiChina (www.net.cn). It may not be an outright scam, but the risk is high enough that you should verify it independently before trusting it with money or data.
Is clarascrubs.com safe to use?
clarascrubs.com has a Safety Score of 28/100 (High Risk). Analysis coverage is strong at 86%. Avoid login, payment and downloads.
What should I do if I already gave my details to clarascrubs.com?
If you've already paid or handed over details on clarascrubs.com, act quickly. 1) Contact your bank or card issuer immediately and ask to dispute the charge or open a chargeback — the sooner you act, the better your odds. 2) Report the site to the U.S. FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov or the FBI's IC3 at ic3.gov, and in the UK to Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk. 3) If you entered a password, change it on clarascrubs.com and anywhere you reused it, and turn on two-factor authentication. 4) Watch your bank and email for follow-up fraud, and keep screenshots as evidence.
Can I get my money back from clarascrubs.com?
Often yes, if you act fast. Payments made by credit or debit card can frequently be reversed through a chargeback or dispute — contact your bank right away and explain it was a fraudulent site. Bank transfers and gift-card or voucher payments are much harder to recover, but you should still report them to your bank and to the FTC (reportfraud.ftc.gov) or Action Fraud (actionfraud.police.uk). Avoid any "refund" or "recovery" service that contacts you first — it's usually a follow-up scam.
I ordered from clarascrubs.com but nothing arrived — is it a fake shop?
That's the classic pattern of a fake or non-delivery shop. These sites take payment for products that never ship, or send cheap counterfeits, then go quiet and eventually disappear. If you paid by card, contact your bank about a chargeback for "goods not received." Keep your order confirmation and any messages, don't pay extra "customs" or "release" fees they may demand, and report the store so others are warned.
How do I report clarascrubs.com?
You can report clarascrubs.com through several official channels: the U.S. FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov, the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at ic3.gov, and — in the UK — Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk. You can also flag it to Google Safe Browsing (safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish) so other browsers warn about it, and report it to the company being impersonated if there is one. Reporting helps get scam sites taken down faster.
Why does clarascrubs.com look legitimate if it's a scam?
Modern scams are built to look convincing. A valid SSL padlock, a polished template, stock photos, fake reviews, and a trust badge can all be added in minutes and prove nothing about who runs the site. Scammers buy cheap domains, clone real designs, and copy legal pages wholesale. That's exactly why an automated review that checks the domain's age, hosting, blacklists, and behaviour — rather than just how the page looks — is more reliable than a first impression.
Has clarascrubs.com been flagged by antivirus engines?
Yes. 1 of 93 antivirus and blocklist engines in our malware network flagged clarascrubs.com as suspicious in the saved analysis from October 2, 2026. A single "suspicious" vote is a weak signal on its own, so it is weighed alongside the other checks rather than treated as a confirmed threat.
Is clarascrubs.com on any phishing or malware blacklists?
No — clarascrubs.com is not currently on the major browser blocklist feeds that Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge rely on. Note that blocklists can lag behind brand-new scam domains, so "not listed" is reassuring but not a guarantee on its own.
How old is the clarascrubs.com domain?
clarascrubs.com is 2 years old, registered on June 24, 2024 through Alibaba Cloud Computing Ltd. d/b/a HiChina (www.net.cn). A multi-year registration history is one of the stronger signals against a scam, though it's never a guarantee on its own — established domains can still be misused.
Does clarascrubs.com have a valid SSL certificate?
Yes — clarascrubs.com presents a valid TLSv1.3 certificate issued by Google Trust Services · WE1, valid for another 41 days. Important caveat: SSL only encrypts the connection between you and the site — it does not verify who runs it. Almost all scam sites now have valid SSL too, so a padlock alone never means "safe".
How often is the clarascrubs.com report updated?
This report is a record of the scan run on October 26, 2026, and the verdict reflects that point in time. Scam sites change fast — they can go live, get flagged, or vanish within days — so if you believe something about clarascrubs.com has changed, MalwareTips staff can run a fresh scan that re-checks every signal from scratch and republishes an updated verdict.
