Verdict

A week-old domain is running a full "Eufy Australia" storefront with eufy branding, deep bundle discounts and no operator behind it

eufyaus.com is a WooCommerce shop styled as the Australian eufy store, with the eufy wordmark in the header, eufy product photography and a free-shipping banner, selling security cameras, doorbells and robot vacuums in Australian dollars. The registrable domain was 7 days old at review, and the pages we captured name no company, no email address, no phone number and no postal address — the only contact route is a generic Name/Email/Subject/Message form. The genuine Australian eufy presence is a different domain, and eufy's own warranty page excludes products bought from unauthorised sellers. Nothing malicious was observed technically, but the combination of a brand-new domain, borrowed brand identity, unverifiable seller and heavily discounted bundles puts this in High Risk rather than Safe.

Do not enter card details on eufyaus.com. If you want eufy hardware in Australia, buy from the official eufy Australian site or a retailer you can name, and check eufy's warranty terms first — products from unauthorised sellers are excluded. If you have already ordered here, watch the charge closely, keep every email and the order confirmation, and raise a dispute with your card issuer early rather than relying on the site's contact form.

Score explained

Why 30/100

High Risk covers scores 21–44. 5 findings pulled the score down; 1 pushed it up.

What pulled the score down

  1. Moderate1 independent antivirus family reported an adverse result.
  2. ModerateA four-camera SoloCam bundle with a HomeBase and 1 TB drive is listed at AU $148.00, far below normal retail for that kit.
  3. ModerateNo email address, phone number or postal address appears on the captured pages; contact is limited to a generic web form.
  4. ModerateFooter social icons point to bare platform homepages rather than brand profiles, so they do not corroborate a real trading identity.
  5. MinorA full eufy-branded Australian storefront runs on a domain that was only 7 days old at review, while the genuine Australian eufy site is a different domain.

What pushed the score up

  • SupportsSafe Browsing returned no threat warning, TLS is valid, and the hosting IP has a 0/100 abuse confidence score across zero reports.

Lost money or shared details on eufyaus.com? Do this now

Act quickly: the first hours matter most for a chargeback.

  1. Call your bank or card issuer now

Ask them to dispute the charge or open a chargeback; the sooner you act, the better your odds. Card payments can often be reversed. Bank transfers and gift cards are harder, but report them to your bank too. Crypto payments usually cannot be reversed: report the wallet address and transaction ID to the exchange you sent from.

  2. Change any password you entered

If you entered a password on eufyaus.com, change it there and anywhere you reused it, and turn on two-factor authentication. Keep screenshots, order confirmations and messages as evidence.

  3. Report the site

Reports help get scam sites taken down faster and warn other people.

  4. Report the domain to its registrar

CNOBIN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED takes abuse reports at abuse@ordertld.com (+852.30501810). Include the address and what happened.

  5. Ignore anyone offering to recover your money

"Recovery" services or agents who contact you, or ask for a fee up front, are almost always a second scam aimed at victims. Your bank's dispute process and the official reporting services never charge a fee in advance.

Full answers about refunds and reporting are in the Safety FAQ below.

01 · Investigation Brief

Investigation Brief

eufyaus.com is a WooCommerce shop styled as the Australian eufy store, with the eufy wordmark in the header, eufy product photography and a free-shipping banner, selling security cameras, doorbells and robot vacuums in Australian dollars.

Borrowed eufy branding on a domain registered days ago

The header carries the eufy wordmark and the navigation mirrors a real eufy storefront — HOME, NEW ARRIVALS, SECURITY, CLEAN, MOM & BABY, LAWNBOT, LIFE, SERVICE — with hero imagery of eufy-branded cameras and a robot vacuum. Eufy is a real brand built by Anker Innovations, so the branding being copied is a genuine product line, not an invented one.

The domain itself, however, was 7 days old when we reviewed it. A storefront claiming to be the Australian eufy shop, complete with a full catalogue and service pages, does not normally appear on a domain that new. The site also never points to the official Australian eufy domain, and eufy's own warranty page states that products purchased from unauthorised sellers or illegitimate sources are excluded — which matters directly for the "Local Warranty" promise this shop makes.

The social icons in the footer resolve to bare platform homepages — Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Google — rather than to any brand-specific profile. They therefore add no independent confirmation that a real trading business sits behind the shop.

No seller identity, no direct contact, and prices well below retail

The captured pages list no contact email, no phone number and no operator postal address. The only way to reach the shop is the generic contact form with Name, Email, Subject and Message fields. For a store taking card payments for branded electronics, that leaves a buyer with no named business, no jurisdiction and no direct channel if an order goes wrong.

The pricing is the other strong signal. A SoloCam S340 four-camera pack bundled with a HomeBase S380 and a 1 TB drive is listed at AU $148.00, and a Solar Wall Light Cam S120 at AU $96.00, under a banner promising free shipping and returns above AU $170. Those bundle figures sit far below what these kits normally cost, which is the classic bait structure of a clone storefront.

The purchase path itself stays on the same domain: Add to cart, Shopping Cart, Checkout and Order Tracking all resolve to eufyaus.com, and no cross-domain payment or affiliate redirect appeared in the link graph. That means any card details entered at checkout go to this undisclosed operator rather than to a recognisable processor we could verify.

Clean connection and no blocklisting, but a flagged engine result and unverified reputation

Technically the site is not blocked: the browser threat feed returned no threat warning, the TLS certificate is valid with an encrypted connection, and the Cloudflare hosting IP carries an abuse confidence score of 0/100 across zero saved reports. No popups, forced redirects, download prompts or notification requests were observed while rendering the page.

Against that, the multi-engine file and URL analysis returned 1 malicious and 1 suspicious detection across 93 engines, with one engine labelling the domain as spam. That is a moderate, not decisive, technical signal — but it means the domain is not simply unremarkable to security vendors.

External research on the eufy brand in Australia surfaced complaints about contact difficulty and a low customer rating for eufy's Australian operation. Those remarks concern the brand's Australian service experience generally, not this specific domain, so they are context for how warranty and support claims should be treated rather than proof about this seller.

07 · Safety FAQ

Safety FAQ

Answered from the saved verdict and evidence in this report.

Is eufyaus.com a scam or a legit online store?
eufyaus.com raises serious red flags as a fake shop — we recommend against paying or entering card details. Our review tagged it for fake shop and clone site. 2 of 93 security engines flag it (1 as outright malicious). The domain is only 7 days old through CNOBIN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED — a fresh registration is a classic scam fingerprint. It may not be an outright scam, but the risk is high enough that you should verify it independently before trusting it with money or data.
Is eufyaus.com safe to use?
eufyaus.com has a Safety Score of 30/100 (High Risk). Analysis coverage is complete at 100%. Avoid login, payment and downloads.
I already paid or entered my details on eufyaus.com — what should I do?
If you've already paid or handed over details on eufyaus.com, act quickly. 1) Contact your bank or card issuer immediately and ask to dispute the charge or open a chargeback — the sooner you act, the better your odds. 2) Report the site to the U.S. FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov or the FBI's IC3 at ic3.gov, and in the UK to Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk. 3) If you entered a password, change it on eufyaus.com and anywhere you reused it, and turn on two-factor authentication. 4) Watch your bank and email for follow-up fraud, and keep screenshots as evidence.
Can I get my money back from eufyaus.com?
Often yes, if you act fast. Payments made by credit or debit card can frequently be reversed through a chargeback or dispute — contact your bank right away and explain it was a fraudulent site. Bank transfers and gift-card or voucher payments are much harder to recover, but you should still report them to your bank and to the FTC (reportfraud.ftc.gov) or Action Fraud (actionfraud.police.uk). Avoid any "refund" or "recovery" service that contacts you first — it's usually a follow-up scam.
I ordered from eufyaus.com but nothing arrived — is it a fake shop?
That's the classic pattern of a fake or non-delivery shop. These sites take payment for products that never ship, or send cheap counterfeits, then go quiet and eventually disappear. If you paid by card, contact your bank about a chargeback for "goods not received." Keep your order confirmation and any messages, don't pay extra "customs" or "release" fees they may demand, and report the store so others are warned.
How do I report eufyaus.com?
You can report eufyaus.com through several official channels: the U.S. FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov, the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at ic3.gov, and — in the UK — Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk. You can also flag it to Google Safe Browsing (safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish) so other browsers warn about it, and report it to the company being impersonated if there is one. Reporting helps get scam sites taken down faster.
eufyaus.com looks professional — how can it still be a scam?
Modern scams are built to look convincing. A valid SSL padlock, a polished template, stock photos, fake reviews, and a trust badge can all be added in minutes and prove nothing about who runs the site. Scammers buy cheap domains, clone real designs, and copy legal pages wholesale. That's exactly why an automated review that checks the domain's age, hosting, blacklists, and behaviour — rather than just how the page looks — is more reliable than a first impression.
Has eufyaus.com been flagged by antivirus engines?
Yes. 2 of 93 antivirus and blocklist engines in our malware network flagged eufyaus.com, 1 of them as outright malicious. None of these detections came from the engines we treat as highest-confidence, so they are weighed alongside the other checks rather than on their own.
Is eufyaus.com on any phishing or malware blacklists?
No — eufyaus.com is not currently on the major browser blocklist feeds that Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge rely on. Note that blocklists can lag behind brand-new scam domains, so "not listed" is reassuring but not a guarantee on its own.
How old is the eufyaus.com domain?
eufyaus.com is 7 days old, registered on October 31, 2026 through CNOBIN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. Scam sites are very often freshly registered and short-lived, so an age under six months is a reason for extra caution.
Does eufyaus.com have a valid SSL certificate?
Yes — eufyaus.com presents a valid TLSv1.3 certificate issued by Let's Encrypt · YE2, valid for another 82 days. A certificate only encrypts the connection; it does not show who runs the site.
How often is the eufyaus.com report updated?
This report is a record of the scan run on November 7, 2026, and the verdict reflects that point in time. Scam sites change fast — they can go live, get flagged, or vanish within days — so if you believe something about eufyaus.com has changed, MalwareTips staff can run a fresh scan that re-checks every signal from scratch and republishes an updated verdict.
