What buyers report after ordering

Watchlist Internet, an Austrian consumer-protection service, entered this domain on its list of problematic online shops. Its warning is specific: shoppers should expect long delivery times, additional costs, problems with returns and inferior goods. It also states plainly that the shop is not a fake shop, so the concern is how orders are fulfilled rather than a storefront that exists only to take money.

Reviewers on the site's an independent review platform's profile describe the same pattern from the buyer's side. One writes that they only realised after a 14-day wait that they had ordered from China, and that the parcel contained cheap plastic goods that did not match the photos; returning it would have cost €20, with a 20% refund offered instead. Another reports goods arriving weeks late, extremely poorly made, with the price not refunded despite repeated reminders and threats of legal action. A third says the parcel never arrived and emails went unanswered for days.

The shop's own shipping page fits that picture: it advises customers to use third-party services to forward parcels from Germany to Switzerland, which implies goods are not dispatched from Switzerland or locally. Its withdrawal policy also makes the 14-day return window start only after the seller has confirmed the cancellation, adding a step the customer does not control.

A German boutique story without a named seller

The site presents itself in warm, boutique-style German copy, inviting visitors to get to know the shop and describing how it carefully selects high-quality products for babies and children. Alongside that it prints a postal address, a tax/registration number and a support mailbox on its own domain, plus a phone number and five social profiles.

What the pages do not do is name the legal operator behind the shop, and the surrounding signals point elsewhere: a store directory lists the store's country as Hong Kong, and the only social link in the page's link graph is a Facebook page for a different brand name. The listed phone number is also not in German format. None of this proves fraud on its own, but it does not support the local-boutique impression the copy creates.

The storefront has been archived since July 2024, so it is not a brand-new throwaway domain, and the checkout stays on the same domain rather than handing payment to an unrelated site. Those facts lower the technical alarm but do not change the reported fulfilment and refund problems.

Clean connection, unresolved commercial risk

Nothing technical points to malware or credential theft. The browser threat feed returned no threat warning, the saved TLS check found a valid encrypted connection, and the contact and newsletter forms collect ordinary details on the shop's own domain. One saved antivirus observation marked the URL as suspicious, but it is a stale single-engine result against 57 harmless ones, so it is context rather than a current detection.

The screenshot capture was stopped by a Cloudflare human-verification challenge, so the rendered product, cart and checkout pages could not be visually confirmed. The written pages were read, and they are where the problems show up: the consumer-protection warning and the buyer reports about delivery, returns and refunds.
